Screen Printing

Plastisol and water-based screen printing is the workhorse of custom t shirt printing — best for bold 1-8 spot-color designs, large runs and the lowest per-print cost above 200 pcs. We run automatic carousel presses with Pantone color matching, soft-hand discharge and high-density ink options. Cure at 160-170°C for wash-fast prints that last 50+ washes.

DTG (Direct to Garment)

Direct to Garment inkjet printing is best for photographic, full-color, gradient and small-run artwork — no screens, no setup, no color limit. We run Kornit and Brother GTX DTG machines with white ink underbase for dark fabrics. Ideal for 1-100 pcs, samples, photo prints and on-demand orders. Soft hand feel and OEKO-TEX certified water-based inks.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfer printing applies a printed vinyl, plastisol or DTF (direct-to-film) transfer onto the t shirt with a hot press. Best for names, numbers, team kits, multi-color small runs and stretch fabrics. Low setup cost, full-color capability, soft stretch hand and works on cotton, polyester and blends.

Sublimation

Sublimation printing dyes polyester fabric directly with gas — best for all-over, edge-to-edge, seam-to-seam full-color artwork on white polyester t shirts, hoodies and sportswear. No hand feel, no cracking, no fading. Photo-realistic color, permanent dye that becomes part of the fabric. Ideal for sportswear, streetwear and art-driven fashion.

Embroidery

Tajima multi-head embroidery is best for logos, monograms, badges and small detailed artwork on polo shirts, henleys, pocket tees and corporate uniforms. Premium textured finish, no fade, no crack, lifetime durability. Best for left-chest and hat applications. Stitch count drives cost; flat, 3D puff and appliqué options available.
