Our Story

TShirtFactory was founded in 2010 in Dongguan, Guangdong as a dedicated t shirt OEM factory. We started with a single cutting table, a handful of sewing lines and a simple mission: produce high-quality custom t shirts that brands and wholesalers love to sell. Over more than a decade we have grown into a complete vertical manufacturer — today the facility covers 3000 sqm, employs 130 workers and runs 80+ machines across cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, QC and packing.

From our first 500-pc OEM order to today's monthly output of mens, womens, kids and custom printed t shirts for clients in 50+ countries, the focus has never changed: quality first, factory-direct pricing, and real partnership with every brand we work with. Our Factory

Our workshop in Dongguan runs as a complete vertical line, so cutting, sewing, printing, QC and packing all happen under one roof. The cutting department handles marker-making, fusing and bundling; the sewing floor runs over 60 industrial lockstitch, overlock and coverstitch machines for clean seams and consistent fit across size runs. The printing department houses screen printing carousels, DTG printers, heat transfer presses and embroidery heads, so we can decorate t shirts in any method the design calls for without outsourcing.

Quality control inspects every shipment at three checkpoints: inline QC during sewing, end-of-line print inspection, and final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing. Finished t shirts are folded, poly-bagged, labelled and palletised in-house for direct container loading or air express dispatch. Our Team

The TShirtFactory team is 130 people strong. The office side has 10 staff including 3 in-house designers who turn tech packs and mood boards into production-ready patterns, a dedicated merchandising team that follows every order from sample to shipment, and a sales team that quotes within 24 hours. The factory floor employs 120 workers across cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, QC and packing — most with 5+ years of t shirt production experience.
